+ Localisation : au bord du lac d'Annecy mais dans une espèce de crique + Un accueil excellent de le part de la globalité du personnel + Piscine et jacuzzi très agréables + Une excellente cuisine et un excellent service.

Breakfast was fantastic. Dinner setting under the trees was great.

1. We booked dinner 3 months in advance however we were given the worst table furthest away from the water (and in a high traffic area), and when we asked to be moved (to one of the many tables that were empty, we were met with a very curt no! So we had to ask again and state that we had booked so far in advance, and only then did we get moved. It left a slightly bitter taste, particularly as there were so many tables we could have been easily moved to in the first instance without having to insist. 2. The air-conditioning in our room was too cold. Prefer to leave the windows ajar however that is a risk for mosquitoes or similar.

Proximity to the water for swimming. The breakfast buffet was incredible.

Location was perfect next to the lake , nice restaurants and cafe in the village. Bakery 5 minute walk away

The location was incredible but the staff were so good across every aspect. Front desk amazing on any request. Food and dining also exceptional. Will be back for sure

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. The lake is immediately outside of the hotel, there are a number of lovely walks you can do directly from the hotel, and the village is very quaint. It has a shop and a few little cafes, with one or two great restaurants too. There were some spots to sit by the lake which were perfect. We had dinner at the hotel one evening and the food was brilliant, we'd recommend anyone staying here to have dinner at the hotel. Also, the terrace where you can have drinks overlooks the lake, as does the dinner spot, and it's truly beautiful.

The breakfast was incredibly expensive that we chose not to have it at the hotel on any of the days we stayed. There was limited buffet options, most of being continental, and it did not feel like value for money. We got a much better breakfast round the corner at Cafe Gisele for less than the cost of one breakfast at the hotel. We had a bad experience with the bike hire, as the bike chain broke when we had only left the hotel 10 minutes earlier, which was quite a problem and could have been quite dangerous. The hotel don't have many bikes to hire it seems, as after we walked the bikes back to the hotel, there were no others available for us to hire for the rest of the day. The room is quite small and we had a really rubbish view of the car park and it must have been above the kitchens or similar because there was quite a lot of noise, which was a shame given the price of the hotel.
