It was clean

Very shabby and dated hotel. No curtains or blinds over a large bathroom window, and the bedroom curtain rail fell off the wall. TV didn't work, no remote provided. A number of staff couldn't speak English making communication difficult. Food was cold of both cooked breakfast and evening meal. Quality of food at evening meal was poor.. Not value for money.

Clean and comfortable beds. Good power to shower. Friendly staff.

The room was in terrible condition (although clean). Stained faded carpet, disused plug sockets, shelves hanging off wall, patched up walls, no ventilation (window sealed shut and no bathroom vent) cold, no artwork or decoration, grimy old bathroom with mouldly grout, rickety furniture, shabby.

Clean sheets and towels and hot water

No TV in the room , heating in the room electric heaters should be put in the skip definitely passed there sell by date , decor poor , plaster coming off the wall in the bedroom , wallpaper coming off the wall in the dining room. The lady in them dinning room was very abrupt. The price we payed for one night was a total RIP off

Le personnel et le service est vraiment soigné

L’hôtel et les équipements sont vraiment vétustes. Le mobilier mériterait vraiment une rénovation. Aucune étagère ou petit meuble dans la salle de bain pour poser les affaires

No way was this a 4 star hotel, mat be a 3 if you are lucky. The hotel smelt of curry The toilet did not flush properly Staff were miserable No TV Would not stay there again
