Ugodno osoblje, nasmijana lica. Lokacija je super ako idete npr na koncert u Varaždinsku arenu jer imate 20 min brzog hoda i nemate brige oko automobila. Doručak korektan.

Rezervirala sva dvoposteljno sobo, ob prihodu pa izvedela, da dobiva najboljšo triposteljno sobo deluxe, ki ima lastno savno. Top odnos do strank! Sicer pa je hotel na zelo mirni lokaciji kar nama je bilo všeč.
