Everything was perfect! The view was breathtaking, the breakfast was delicious, the room was spotless, and above all, the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you again for such a lovely experience ,we’ll definitely be back!

Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Location was ideal with great views and near iconic blue dome photo spot. Room was very spacious and private pool on rooftop terrace is a special treat.

Could have stocked towels in room better (hand/face towels). Also need to add facial tissues. some silverware was dirty.

The sweet, area, the view is waaaaaw It's a part from haven literally. Hospitality was fantastic . The Crew is so friendly, they was so nice , tried us as a famous 😎 I will come back again for sure 🥰🎉

No complaining ever

The breakfast was amazing, they bring it up to you for you to enjoy on your balcony. The location was the best. You can clearly see the Caldera, view of Fira and the hot tub was perfect on those cool, breezy evenings. The bedroom was beautiful. The owner, porter, and every staff member was incredible, welcoming, and great communication. It was by far the best vacation we have gone on and will return!

The Caldera views are absolutely stunning — every room faces the water, and you can’t beat the location. The hotel is in a prime location as the “flying dress” photoshoots were always outside the hotel. If you're booking Cilon for the Caldera views, you won’t be disappointed. The staff, specificallly, Stavroula and Dora, were very friendly and pleasant; and were always available to respond to any questions or concerns and provide restaurant recommendations. In our opinion, it’s more of a three-star stay with a five-star view.

The Junior Suite did not offer a full sunset view, despite the hotel's website indicating this. We originally booked the Junior Suite, which has a beautiful view and a hot tub just outside the front door. Unfortunately, the room had a strong sewage smell that couldn’t be fully resolved. The hotel was fully booked, so we stayed in that room for most of the trip. To their credit, the staff, did their best to manage the issue with deodorizers. On our final night, they moved us to the Grand Suite — a bigger room, but not necessarily better. The room's breakfast patio was right beside the hotel kitchen and office, where all meals are prepared, so it lacked privacy with staff passing through. The hot tub is a steep climb to the rooftop for a lounge experience. The Junior Suite had stained furniture. Both rooms could use fresh paint and a general refresh as it didn’t feel like the property had been prepped for guests for the start of the season.

Breakfast was amazing, having it on the balcony every morning was perfect.

The location was good but not as good as staying closer to Oia or Fira.

Convenient location. Nice comfortable clean room. Great staff. Nice breakfasts. Nice view of the caldera down to the south west. Lucked out with parking close by. Likely not the case, as the season gets busier, but for us it as very convenient.

View of caldera and volcano was great but couldn’t see the sun going down. But otherwise quite spectacular. Outside sitting area is very small, would prefer a bit more room to move around getting in and out of the hot tub and sitting in deck chairs.
