The staff was very nice, it's a good place to stay if you're traveling along the main highway or visiting Chiatura.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Plenty of towles and extra sheets were provided, they were nice and soft, ironed, I'm sure. Good location nearby dozens of restaurants.

The floors could be cleaner.

Good stay in a way between Kutaisi and Tbilisi. Air conditioning in the room.

There was information in the Booking.com that breakfast was available for an additional price at the hotel. However it wasn't true. There was no option for breakfast. The water in the shower was rather cold. The owner was nice however spoke no English at all.

* WiFi was rather weak

25 minutes from waking up to packing to at the train station. In that respect, the location was great. AC, good for summer months, and a comfortable bed. Hairdryer, towels and complimentary flip flops also provided.

Location I just didn’t like Zestaponi as a whole, so the location is no fault of the hotel. There’s also no breakfast if that’s something you want. The room was also still being cleaned when I arrived. It was also not clear at all on the building whether I was in the right place.
