the staff were friendly and helpful.

The building makes a rather poor impression, which continues in the room itself. Crumbling tiling and similarly deteriorated grouting around the sink; the shower screen/door was missing (removed). No wardrobe or shelving space. Not even a kettle or glass provided. No waste bin. Significant noise disturbances—both from inside and outside—persisted until approximately 01:30. I will not be returning to this property
