Cama cómoda, buena atención del personal

Entramos a la habitación y hacía muchísimo calor, da el sol de frente. Se sienten ruidos del pasillo. Muy lejos de Valencia.

Hotel was nicely decorated and clean. Friendly staff. Plenty of free parking as on an industrial estate, just a short drive into the town of Almussafes. The room was comfortable and I slept well. Would definitely book again.

Reception area is nice. Wi-fi was great. Parking area was ok.

The location is right next to a big factory. There is a lot of noice and pollution. The hotel is quite far from Valencia by car and quite expensive for what it offers. Got a room that had a bath tub with a clogged drain. They changed the room at my request but this was not their first solution. Went to the reception and I was told they can give me a pump to take care of it myself. Lobby looked awful with a stained carpet. Hotel needs a renovation for sure and the staff and management should respect their guests more.
