There was no buffet breakfast, no toiletries in room. I arrived late afternoon to a strange city, with no toiletries due to airport regulations.

"Safe with clean rooms but lack of human contact was disappointing."

Location was excellent in the suburbs of Bremen. No meals as restaurant was closed.

Even though advertised with restaurant - it was closed for staffing reasons. Also there was never anyone at the reception/checkin.check out desk. We had a drop box for the key when leaving and fortunately had a friend somehow get the key for our late evening check in other wise we have no idea where we would have been able to stay the first night.
