das Frühstück war gut,Rührei wurde an den Tisch gebracht, nur leider wusste man es vorher nicht

Wir haben mit Mastercard vorab bezahlt, aber leider hat die Kommunikation zwischen Hotel und Booking.com nicht funktioniert. So dass meine Freunde, die vor mir da waren nochmal bezahlt haben. Und ich erst mühselig hinterher klären musste, dass bereits bezahlt war und wir die Erstattung bekommen.
