The staff are friendly especially those from the reception. They always have a smile ready to greet every guest. The bed is comfortable. The housekeeping is efficient and they have a very good breakfast. Thank you to all of them particularly to all the receptionists both male and female, they are very friendly and professional.

Nothing. If there is any, it would be too minimal that it will not tell me not to come back. I will definitely come back to Microtel because in general, this hotel is worth your money..
