Posizione

Disorganizzazione che ha portato a perdite di tempo, "terrorismo" via messaggi su check in a pagamento in struttura per poi doverlo comunque rifare perché hanno perso i dati inseriti online. Cambio hotel rispetto a quello prenotato con altro di loro proprietà (a mio avviso peggiore) senza preavviso
