Hoteles ANTIGUA - SANTA LUCIA MTY

Clean and comfrotable and well located neat the canal and old town. Limited facilities but plenty of breakfast / coffee areas in the neighbourhood. Great option if you don't spend much time in the hotel and just want a convenient place to sleep.

Confusing check-in as the property is split into 3 buildings but resolved very quickly.

Clean, quiet, well located for historic district. Liked that they provided purified water in a garrafon!

A little dark. One blind was broken and wouldn’t open.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were always available through Whatsapp. I didn't even have to check in at a reception desk. They did everything virtually. It was super convenient and easy, especially with the language difference. The location was excellent. Walking distance from local restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. Very homely experience without it feeling like a tourist trap.

Amenities are somewhat limited. Expect to pack all of your toiletries, because the hotel will not be able to provide it. They will give a bar hand soap and a bottle of shampoo. Also, pack a loofah or a sponge, because all of the wash cloths are hand towel size. However, there are a ton of OXXO stores nearby where you can purchase toiletries. We were sad that the pool was closed, because it looked amazing from the pictures. But we were too busy exploring Monterrey to even have time to swim.

The location is perfect it is a few steps from restaurants and the famous Paseo de Santa Lucía. The room was very clean and had all the amenities mentioned, and the staff was really nice and they responded really fast when we contacted them by What's App.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the door doesn't have a curtain, so in the morning when the sun rises also your room gets a lot of light so you might wake up earlier than expected.

Great location in the ancient barrio, right next to St. Lucia canal which has a lot to offer. Easy access to a convenience store.

It was a small cute hotel. Made the experience more romantic.

Very beautifully furnished. Good location. There is a great restaurant nearby, Casa de Panque which I highly recommend is closely and open all day. Great for breakfast but for other meals as well.

No heat in the room that I could find...I could be wrong. It is on a bit of a sketchy street with construction but in a good location.
