The check-in process was smooth and efficient. And we were quickly shown to our room. The room it self was immaculate and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we could have asked for..

While parking the car, the guard mentioned girls are not allowed in the parking area and was acting very weirdly. He asked the girl in my car to step out and wait outside in the sun while I park

Everything else.. Not very clean... bed uncomfortable... windows all dirty.. washrom unclean

Very Good hotel in terms of cleaning ,price ,location and staff.All staff was extremely courteous and cooperative.

Being told at 2345 that the hotel was full after I had sent two e mails telling them of my late arrival. Too late at night to be messing about.

Clean room, kind staff, good food, good room service, really helpful people for a good price! Worth it!!!

Great place to stay. Very close to the airport and the metro line to the centre of the city, which is very cheap. The staff are nice and very friendly, especially Ratheesh on the front desk. We probably had the best sleep we have had in the past 5 weeks in India because the room was dark, it was quiet (except for the occasional early departing guest), and when we asked for an extra cover for the bed it was no trouble for the staff to get that. Within a very short walk there is an abundance of places to eat, from street food to restaurants. The hotel is also very close to a number of ATM machines, pharmacies and doctors. If I ever make it back to Delhi, I will definitely stay here again. Roger Palmer New Zealand
