Location is in Central but you will have walk small lanes cab won't go in. but you can't ask much for what you pay. Owner and caretaker very helpful.

Noises from neighbours but owners can't do much about it but only till 11. Bathroom is small

Stay is fine for students.

When I reached, there was not on to check in. Had to wait outside. Too tight bathroom. No supply of toiletries. Only one hand soap was provided. Had to buy my own toilet paper and tissues. Had a room on 3rd floor but No elevators. Stairs are so tight that you can hardly go up with the carry on. Linens were also not that clean. It's a home which has been converted into a homestay in a residential area. It's a fairly new construction. Room size was ok.

Very close to Metro (Sukhdev Vihar), AC worked very well (quiet, cooled room properly), even tough central location almost no car noises, not located on main street but rather inside the neighborhood (still the main street is 5 min away by feet), very friendly and helpful staff (but only owner speaks English), the neighborhood offers plenty of food stalls etc, the service was very decent (problems were solved instantly)

The neighboring building is really just an arm length away (so sometimes one could hear every noise from, but in the night all was quiet), bathroom was okay (water pressure in shower was weak so I had to use the bucket), pillows were bad (but I also didn't ask for others), after some days they started a construction site in the ground floor which was noisy, shared kitchen is not very clean
