"Scamming guests through booking.com"

All reviews are fake. I have made this hotel booking through booking.com. These people call the guests to the hotel saying "Your booking is confirmed", and on arrival they say that the hotel is sold out, we are shifting your booking to another hotel ( Hotel Deor, Hotel Black Eye, Hotel View) . After arriving at the hotel, I call and still the reservation staff says confirm, I am in front of the receptionist and he says "this is fine". Receptionist's words: You can do whatever you want, you can cancel your booking. We don't care about the reviews. Even the police ate there and were watching the show and these people also tried to enter them.
