Honestly they were imposing fake allegations on us for misuse the property. And there staff was asking for extra charges for the thing which we didn't did. Pathetic experience. They didn't took care of customer. Bedsheet and mattress was already in damage state yet they will ask for extra charges. So please take pictures of whole room with recording of the staff. Otherwise they ask for extra charges.
