Limited facility available in hotel. No heating Limited haur of hot water supply Not a couple friendly hotel. No spa or massage parlor.

Closer to the airport

Bed were not clean, had hair and spill marks on them, they had not been changed for a time, no hot water, tv didn’t work, toilet very dirty.

Poor Staff change their wordings while stay .. they just do different commitments but the reality will be came in front after check in , I booked room in 2000, but paid more 3000 while stay bcoz they said v upgraded room .. breakfast included but they charged bill for it and excused you have ordered 4 we give 2 sandwich , they think costumers are fool if they are coming out of Delhi or other states , staff doesn't care , they dnt know how to handle , they just having fun when customer is suffering, they will be nice with you only before check in and payment .. after that they ignore , but only thing is owner is nice he helped us on checkout and solve our problem regarding bill ... But i have booked from booking.com & they said cancel your booking after check in, but i didn't cancelled but dnt know how it cancelled whom did it and why ?

We chose this hotel because it was near the airport. Big rooms, hot shower was provided, and good wifi. The staff was thoughtful and considerate: they booked us a cab for a short morning sightseeing of New Delhi. We ordered food from room service which was very good.

Unfortunately we had to ask for a new room, twice: the first one was not clean, and second one had a window with a broken lock. But staff was very understanding and provided us with a new functional room.

Very bad and damp room with worn paint.

Over price and fraud. Doesn't worth even a penny in this hotel also they manipulate your booking too.
