I cannot comment on what I like because the rooms were not available for us when we arrived and we didn’t stay.

There was really nothing to like. The hotel was in a narrow galley in a very crowded area. In the morning when we arrived, the staff was not available to help with the luggage. When we inquired if someone was there to help, the person who was present told us that he was a room server and was not responsible to support guest arrivals. Our rooms were not available and we were told that housekeeping was not available and we had to wait. The staff and the manager were extremely unprofessional and started talking to us in raised voice when we asked them to cancel our booking because rooms were not available when we arrived. When we said we would complain to booking.com, they just ignored and told us that booking.com would not be able to do anything and this is how things work in the hotel industry. We just could not stay on that property so we left the hotel and forgot about our money. We called booking.com as well but as the property manager said, nothing happened - We did not get the refund.

Location was good from Airport

Room was not very clean. Just manageable. Don't book Taxi from hotel instead book with Ola or Uber. Costs less than half.

Place is infested with cockroaches, i could see some in the rooms and in washroom

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. I was struggling to find a place that wasn’t overly expensive but was clean, decent, and close to the airport. Despite the many options in Delhi, once you start reading the reviews of the hotels, you realise that many of them are fake, and the ratings aren’t reliable. I had to choose between spending £200/night at the Holiday Inn, or somewhere not too fancy but ok. Long story short, I found this place which didn’t seem to have bad reviews and was quite reasonable, so I booked it. When I checked in, I asked the gentleman at the reception to show me the property before I paid… by that point I had become skeptic and had trust issues. Well, Thank God! The first room they showed me looked nothing like the pictures. It had no windows, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. They then showed me another room with a window, but it was just as bad. I told them I didn’t want to stay there, but since my phone was dying, I asked if I could charge it in the dining room while I searched for another hotel. As I was looking, I caught something out of the corner of my eye. When I glanced down, there was a mouse between my feet. I ran out of that place at the speed of light. Lesson learned: book the fancy hotel in Delhi. It’s a struggle/impossible to find something mid-range.

The property is beautiful with good Hospitality like always . The food is good
