Breakfast, poor maintenance of the property

Courteous and helpful staff. Location. Size of the room and bathroom. Room service.

Breakfast is depressing. The property needs some maintenance and upkeep.

Staff are very helpful, Nice location and Good food

Though near the main road, the accommodation was quite calm and quite.. It was useful for me to complete the office work in the evening hours.

Dinner was not there, though the breakfast was quite good. Water bottles had to be requested for. Tea bags and coffee in the rooms had to be requested for.

Pleasant stay overall.

Bad staff. Suspicious about their tax filings. Despite confirmation of GST invoice by the receptionist before check in, it wasn't provided at the time of checkout next day with silly excuses and denials. Had a huge argument with the receptionist, yet wasn't available one despite being informed well in advance. So it seems they are not in line with the GST authorities as per the excuses. Booking.com should look into this. This was a first property from booking.com who denied GST invoice.
