Hotel Ramhan Palace

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was also very good.

I am a travel agent and travel through Delhi sometimes on personal travel and sometimes with tourists. During previous stays at Ramhan palace, the front desk staff was polite and helpful. However, during this stay, multiple front desk staff were not very courteous and their tone was impolite with multiple members of my team. The front desk staff acted as if we were bothering them. I am unsure whether I want to bring any team members back to Ramhan Palace for future travels.

Hotel looks very nice inside Rooms look very nice Proximity to airport

Staff are not very friendly Joined room wasn't ready, the room we were told was ready was missing things like towels. The gutter in the bathroom floor was blocked and flooded the bathroom when we washed.. Someone did come around to fix it but we had to go to reception multiple times to get the mess it left cleaned up.

Location is good restaurant it’s getting a bit expensive so we start using other restaurants

Some of room and not good you paying your money the room in first floor is bad water leaking in toilet wetting up place u need upgrade
