These are the things I found very unpleasant: 1. The room is very small. 2. The bed size is very small. 3. Two single beds were put together to make a double bed, which made it uncomfortable. 4. The AC in the room was not working properly; it emitted a musty smell. 5. The bathroom is very small, and the bathroom door lock was broken. The toilet flush didn't work. 6. They did not provide complimentary mineral water; only normal water was available. 7. I stayed for a total of 6 days, and they changed the bed sheets only once during that time. The room was not cleaned regularly. I found their service very poor. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. When the hotel manager was setting the Wi-Fi password on my phone, he cleverly avoided my feedback by showing hotel reviews on Google without my consent.
