Very clean. Staff were welcoming.

For some reason the aircon remote was not provided, not sure if there was a problem or aircons are not working.

"Pathetic!! I couldn’t spend the night there - the place is not clean."

Nothing😣

The place is poorly maintained, the room was visibly dirty, especially the bathroom. I had to check out immediately and went to another facility in the area. I will never go back to Newcastle country lodge!!
