La Vague Hotel

Great location access to the beach. The pool is super nice. Our family had 2 infants and the hotel accommodated us with baby cribs which were awesome. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

You could hear the noise from the park in the morning. You could also hear the noise from the hallway, the bathroom next door from within your room. The bathroom's vent really needs help. There's no venting at all so you could smell your stuff in your bedroom. Gross.

The hotel is not quite as expected. Lobby is plain and dated. The reception personnel has limited English abilities, although friendly. The pictures are different and not quite the reality, - the hotel is older, needs a good scrub and maintenance. There are other 4* hotels nearby that looks  better. I think this is a hotel for local guests only. The location is OK, but quite a bit of noise from music till early in the morning, then literally 3 hours of rest before the music starts up again before sunrise. It's the practice here. On this side, the pavements are not maintained and there are no decent restaurants around. The beach is lovely and the water clean. Beach chairs and umbrella to hire VD100 000. The room is a good size, but needs maintenance and care. The furniture is worn, bathroom vanity doors are hanging skew. The balcony is OK and the view great. Nice to see the Vinpearl Ferris Wheel lights at night. Bed and linen are ok. Shower a bit small, but fine. I had to ask the cleaning staff to scrub the mould away and to clean the balcony glass. The swimming pool looks so inviting in the pictures. It's a bit small for the demand, also needs a good scrub and the loungers in the pool were going green. Early in am, when no one is around, the pool is great. Inappropriate furniture at the pool. There's absolutely no supervision. In the already overcrowded pool, the kids jump and are unruly and show no regard for the furniture. No one on duty. The breakfast is fine, a variety and quite the same every morning. Extremely over crowded and very noisy at certain times. Also here, no order. Furniture is full of dirty marks. The hote experiences high traffic. This hotel can be lovely, like the pictures, but needs better maintenance, good supervision and control. All said, I enjoyed my time in Nha Trang and my stay was not dreadful.

Cleaning service came by in morning everyday. Provided a flower service for me

Stains in bed sheets and towels. Bathroom curtains and privacy screen full of mold and mildew. TV was old and really slow. Breakfast food was not good. The employees opening the doors for you keep bothering you and asking too many questions.

Excellent view of the bay and island from Winpearl. The rooms are tolerable in terms of cleanliness and water pressure.

The pool is cold, the sun does not reach the pool, there are no sun loungers. Breakfast is extremely poor, there is nothing to choose from, the dining room does not accommodate everyone - you can try to get to breakfast for 1-2 hours. There are 2 elevators, slow, for the number of rooms and 20 floors there are very few, which leads to long waits. The double-glazed windows are simple, the noise from the street and the music of morning exercises will always be with you.
