Clean, quiet room.

The reception lady was rude and not helpful at all

I really appreciated the warm and welcoming service from the staff. They were very kind and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is a little far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi or walk a long distance every day. For adults, the walk along the beach to downtown is very pleasant, but it is difficult for small children. Taxis are generally not expensive; however, some drivers quoted very high prices. In a few cases, we were charged up to 500,000 VND for only 1.5–2 km. Fortunately, the hotel assisted us in finding a trustworthy and professional driver from their own network. He was very kind, supportive, and offered a fair price, which we truly appreciated. Also Swimming pool needs some maintenance, considering the safety, especially for the children. The pool floor was sharp and slippery, which could easily cause injuries. Unfortunately, my son cut his toe due to the sharp surface of the pool floor.

Amazing hotel for the price. Perfect location. Room was nice and clean, comfortable and Amazing sea view. Staff friendly and check In quick and convenient.
