Everything! We are extremely happy with our stay. Cleanliness, comfort, the size of our room, the biggest in all accommodations we’ve been to, location just a few minutes away from the attractions. My children enjoyed biking around the rice fields. The owners are kind, hospitable and friendly. Higly recommend this place.

Nothing to be honest. When given a chance we will go back here. We are grateful the owner suggested a tourist attraction which we went to and enjoyed. Personally I love the area being quiet, not crowded and you get to enjoy the fresh air.

The location was so nice, very quiet area away from the busy touristy part of town. The manager of the hotel helped us to rent a scooter and it was perfect to explore far places. The room was very nice and clean and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff

Super nice and very honest family that runs the hotel. They have free bike to use which was a plus. Location is close to town and attractions for us to take Grab everywhere.

Lovely friendly staff. Nice quiet location away from the town centre. Large, clean comfortable room. Good breakfast. Free use of bicycles. Thanh was really helpful when l was organising the next steps of my trip.

The location of the hotel was perfect a short walk into the town with many restaurants but super quiet, relaxing, lovely outlook and amazing owners. They did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Breakfast was traditional Vietnamese super fresh and plenty to choose from. We ate at the hotel one night and the meal was lovely and an added bonus the owner took me to the markets to purchase the food for dinner a lovely inclusive experience and food was as good as any of the restaurants we tried in town and we were there for 7 nights. You just need to let owners know by 4.00 pm if you want to eat at the hotel. We had the room with the terrace on the top floor and it was a very good size room with a massive terrace and outdoor furniture. Really can’t recommend the Lotus hotel enough but that is probably why they have lots of customers.

We loved our stay in Lotus Hotel and couldn’t recommend it more! Not only that the facilities are great and everything is super clean but Thahh, the owner and his family are so friendly and welcoming, they helped us with everything we needed and even let us stay in our room until our ride to Hanoi arrived, which was so helpful and nice of them.
