What a gem of a hotel , fabulous location quirky bar area , staff were amazing very friendly and welcoming and the food was fab , bathroom and shower were great all spotlessly clean , would definitely return

Lack of easy accessible plug sockets in our room had to go under the dressing table to plug devices in

No one warned us at 7.55am on a Sunday morning the restaurant below our room start playing music and when you're super relaxed in your very comfy bed if does ruin it for you.

The heritage building was beautiful. Gorgeous staircase and some remaining other original features. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable tastefully decorated room. Noble Isle toiletries provided. Great breakfast, plenty of choice. I was fortunate to have the room with the original wallpaper panel.

The rooms are beautiful, as is the hotel in general. The staff are all lovely - friendly, knowledgeable - and the food is incredible. A small & exceptional, friendly & comfortable hotel in a great, very central (but quiet) location.

The room we stayed in (room 6) is disability friendly/ completely accessible, which is great. Minor feedback would be that the door is very heavy and stiff to open, with a door knob which is hard to use. This is completely understandable with the solid doors, just something to be aware of if you do have a disability. The toilet flush needs a few goes so might need a little tlc.
