The Lanang Suites

We always stay here , its safe , clean and great location.

After booking the room, my wife and daughter turned early evening. There were issues with water supply to the rooms and NO WI-FI. My wife and daughter can't stay in a hotel at those prices with blood water or WiFi supply. The reception staff refused to find them a room in a nearby hotel. My wife and daughter were left walking in the dark trying to find a room that night. I think this is unacceptable and we won't be booking anymore rooms at the lanang suite again.

Front driveway needs to be fixed a bit but a new condominium is being constructed nearby so not their fault

The location is attracted me most on the property.

The room is no better than a drive-in motel. It has no closet at least. Lack of accessible power sockets. Not squeaky clean. The fixtures looked like it was built by a learning carpenter.

The area is assesible as it is near the shopping mall and the booking for car services has no waiting at all.

The water run-out on our 2nd day and no informations have been done ahead of time. The food was served cold especially the scramble egg on bfast and its not worth to pay 500 pesos- same thing as fruits compliments, was only good for booking ahead. So if you buy bfast in house the fruit compliments for the day will not be served. A' bit not good to start a day, but then again just saying hoping the management look at it as an ovservations for improvement thank you! Especually serving cold foods. With that, just improve in food accomodations and the rest will exceed expectations the next time.. Thank you for the coffee its awesome!!!

The location was top-notch. However, the main road in front gets seriously flooded when there's heavy downpour. The Espresso Bar at the back of the hotel was a nice place to hang out.

Breakfast was flat. It did not have a lot of options. The room fittings were a bit flimsy.
