Pine Hill Arms Hotel

This isn’t a luxury hotel, it’s a cute BnB style hotel. If that’s what you’re looking for you’ll have a fantastic time. Very wholesome.

The town is very rundown, the hotel is nothing like the pictures. Extremely small the bathroom was dirty. They were flies in the room. The bed was lumpy. The towels were dingy. I walked in, turned around and walked out. I could not stay in. It also smelled. Two flights of steps up to get to the room would definitely a fire trap, I called booking.com and told them I wasn’t gonna stay there here. Manger asked me if I found the room… I told him I was not happy… offered me a bigger room to be honest with you. It wasn’t the size of the room that turned me off. It was the hotel and the room. I definitely would’ve rather slept in my car after five days of trying to reach them. They gave me back half of my deposit because my husband use the bathroom and they charge me $80 to sanitize it where it wasn’t even clean to begin with with rocks all over the floor , I do not understand how anybody gave these hotel rating higher than 1.0. I will say I was happy to get the half of the deposit back just a very disappointed this hotel should not be on Booking.com. It definitely doesn’t meet up to any standards and there’s no way it’s a 7.0.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. If you’re looking for a hot shower and quiet place to rest after a long day on the trails and at a reasonable price then this is your kind of place!
