Pine Hill Arms Hotel

They ran out of food and no milk for coffee the breakfast over price when they knew we were staying for two nights staff was very nice place was very cleanand beds were comfortable ..we stay there before under different owners.They definitely need to work on keeping the food stock when you have guest booked for acouple of days they knew we were coming back for dinner

Cute hotel in a historic building run by a small family - everything was great!

I enquired about the possibility of a refund if I had to cancel after the deadline. I clearly worded this as an IF but the hotel went ahead and booked my room for someone else. After the date of the stay, they said they would give me a 50% refund, which I appreciated given that it was after the deadline, but they never followed through. I called several times to follow up. At first they reaffirmed that they would process the refund, but it never came through and then they stopped returning my calls. There only appears to be one person to contact who does not seem to be on site and the call usually went to voicemail. I would not trust dealing with this hotel.

The location was great, easy contactless check-in, great decorations for Halloween, nice lobby and restaurant

High price for the commodities, the room was too small as the bathroom , the smell of burning wood when we entered the room, the walls are very thin and could hear everything as well as outside, since the AC was still on the window

The room and hotel was neat and clean. The attached restaurant was a great little place to eat. The hotel was in a great location for what I had planned.

My room was very cold. Turning the radiator on didn’t do anything and the room stayed cold all night. Luckily I had my down sleeping bag with me.
