"In desperate need of modernisation"

Great location and views

Very dated, was like Fawlty towers. WiFi was non-existent Doors slam when shut and kept waking me. Could hear the room next door using toilet! The whole hotel in need of modernisation.

Breakfast was good service was good

When we checked in the room hadn’t been cleaned bathroom was discussing dirty towels left from previous stay dirty glasses with toothpaste in them when asking receptionist to change towels when wr got back to the room three hours later they hadn’t been changed had to go back and get them ourselves terrible service we’ve been using this hotel for ten years twice a year never experienced anything like it so disappointing
