Хотелът се поддържа изключително много. Стаите и общите помещения се чистят редовно. Служителите са изключително любезни и се държат професионално. Храната е много вкусна и разнообразна. Близо е до Северния плаж и аниматорският екип предлага разнообразна програма.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Pool area and kids playground were well maintained and overseen by hotel staff. Food variety was good and the entertainment for kids was well organized.

Not enough parking spaces for all guests but the hotel offered a parking spot, free of charge, in the parking area of another hotel within the Alexandria chain. Shower pressure was iffy and finding a balance for the right water temperature when taking a shower was difficult at times.
