Das Hotel lag günstig auf dem Weg zur Ukraine und war ruhig

Die Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit haben nicht den Erwartungen entsprochen. z. B. unsaubere Bettwäsche, klebriger Boden im Bad, und beim Frühstücksbuffet eine halbe Stunde lang keine frischen Teller.
