"My stay at Payyanur on 29/11/2023 night"

Heater facility at bath room wasn't available....

Receptionist wasn't there at the lobby at the time of check out....no replacement for the person who is sick at duty....Security person did great job in his absence....

"Toilets are not clean , flush not working, no hot water, no blanket, poor response from room servixe"

The rate recommended by booking.com is 1200 plus tax. But they charged 1600. Otherwise they not ready to issue the room. This make many difficulties in 11 th hour
