No communication, no flexibility, and they lie on opening times of reception. When you call yourself a hotel, and ask for 100 EUR per night, the least you expect from hospitality is a receptionist at 17.00 on a Friday.

decent and comfortable hotel

- card machine not working was not really very customer friendly and this not gave a lot of customer satisfaction - breakfast choice was poor. - not to many English language skills from the team - fairly cold in the room
