Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich,

Wir hatten leider nicht das Zimmer bekommen was wir gebucht hatten.Bei der Buchung hab ich angegeben das wir ein kleinen Hund mitbringen und auch per E-Mail nochmals drauf hingewiesen das ich mein Hund mitbringen werde.Bei der Anreise hatte man uns mitgeteilt das wir nicht in das gebuchte Zimmer übernachten können wegen Allergiker.waren nur drei Nächte für 420 Euro Plus 10 Euro Hund ,aber trotzdem schade.Ich möchte sehr gern das haben was wir auch gebucht hatten .

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas sehr eng, deshalb sollte man möglichst vor dem Hotel parken. Wir werden diese Hotel sicher noch einmal besuchen und auch weiterempfehlen.
