Golden Work Hostel

I really like the hotel because it was comfortable no disturber and no noisy. And the toild were really clean

The one things I didn't like was the bed clothes the one they put on the bed was not clean 🙄

Property was clean and the lady we did manage to speak to was pleasant

The property was more of a hostel a bit like a converted industrial building but not converted enough still a little lacking Was no access when we arrived and phone number provided was not answered after waiting a while a lady turned up

It was cheap

I did not like the rest of the hotel. No reception (visitors need to call 30 minutes before check-in), breakfast is needed to be prepared by visitors, location seems a little bit strange etc.

Well its more of a click bait on the internet. It has nothing to offer. There is a shared bathroom not how it was advertised and the smell is horrible. The location is totally weird in the industry roads . There is no spa as the name implies. And there is no staff to begin with or even a reception, it was just an old lady that came down the stairs and told us to pay and she just left the ad on the Internet says that there is a breakfast in the morning turns out that there is one fridge that has eggs, cheese and ham, and some bread that we can help ourselves too whenever we feel like it and the elevator was a different kind of horror story. It opens from both ways and on the other way it opens from. There is a dark abyss that you feel like it comes from a serial killer movie all in all I would trade this hotel zero or below zero out of five for the horrible experience and the wind airless ventilation rooms they had

Not so much, maybe that the WLAN was working fine.

When I booked the room I already mentioned I need an invoice with my company data. No answer from the Hotel that it will not work. After a friendly mail from me to ask for an invoice (the bill was already paid from me when I arrived) an unbelievable unfriendly and bad answer comes back. Breakfast, inside the Hotel area is a fridge with stuff in. No idea how long the stuff and milk products are open. I don´t trust them and skipped the breakfast. The first 2 nights from the coffee machine only hot water comes out. In the last night at least the coffee beans was filled up and the coffee was brown. There was also never somebody from the Hotel to tell about the missing coffee beans. I can live with stuff like that if at least the price is ok. But the price for this hotel is much to high as what you get for your money. In 15 years of business trips this is by far the worst experience ever. But at least me and my colleagues has now for the next years a nice story about my visit at the Golden Spa Hotel to talk about. The rooms and equipment are quite old. My computer monitor at my laptop is bigger then the TV in the Hotel room. My suggestion is to rename the Hotel from Golden Spa (no idea what this hotel has to do with SPA) to Black horror Hotel. It fit´s better.
