Casco antiguo modernizado. Atención excelente tanto de los empleados como de la propietaria que ofrece tour de la ciudad sin costo. Muy acogedor, como estar en casa. Desayuno personalizado.

Si puedo criticar algo, sería el espacio de las habitaciones sencillas que no tienen escritorio. Para los que trabajamos es necesario. De todas formas, se puede utilizar la sala del living de la casa que está perfectamente acondicionada

"A small and cozy hostel at good location"

This is a small and cozy hostel with few rooms but quite a lot common areas. The staff was always nice and the service was good. Breakfast was real colombian style.

They don't accept payment by credit card, so the deposit had to be done true banktransfer and at arrival we had to spend 2 hours to go to a shopping mall and exchange us dollar to pay for the rooms. In 2025 You should be able to pay with a mastercard or visa card.

"Beyond imagination, really exceptional"

Everything was simply perfect, definitely among the top stays of my life. Jakob and his team are the gentlest, most welcoming, warmest people ever. He guided us through the culture of Riohacha and helped us in any possible way. On top, Luna Nueva is just wonderful. Super central, very very clean, and the terrace is fabulous. We left a pice of heart with them and we can’t wait to be back.

The breakfast was very nice. served in a really nice setting. Staff super helpful, they try to please your every request. I wanted a certain kind of tea they didn't have the first day, they went out and bought for the next days.

"Great location, very close to a really nice beach, beautiful details, good breakfast, helpful staff."

Breakfast was great, every night they sent you a list with four options for breakfast for you to pick one uo, and decide what time you wanted it. Very good.

I asked for an invoice since I made my booking, and I had to ask several times for them to sent it. That could have been more efficient.
