Hotel Pecos Bill

Det lå tæt på busterminalen, og var nemt at finde. Der var en fane så der ikke var så varmt

Der var beskidt, og karkelakker. Hår i sengen og støv og gammelt papir lå i vindueskarm og under sengen.

nothing about this place other than Diana the staff on duty when we arrived she was very nice and helpful..

rat feces in room, dirty linen from previous guest under bed, hole through wall which allowed the rats in and no privacy from anyone looking into the room. light on all night shining right in my face no curtain to block out. very loud all night. rent by hour. its a whore motel not a hotel. staff member on Saturday night had her volume so loud on her phone i had to go to desk and complain. could hear the hourly guests through the wall. first night got a few hours of sleep the second night after having a 5 hour surgery and was supposed to be resting got NO SLEEP. Homeless people/ addicts sleeping on the corner made it feel unsafe. handicap accessible room couldn't fit moms walker let alone a had to keep folder and stored in the corner a wheelchair never would have fit with the 2 beds in room. lots of photos to back this up. shower had dirt on floor and soap left over in the soap holder w/dirt stuck to it so its been there for a while. ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for a sheet for the twin bed since there wasn't a bottom sheet on mattress. had to ask for floor mat since water runs out onto floor and mom is handicap and could have fallen. there just isn't anything positive other than the wifi and Diana about this place.. not hot water and lukewarm at best if u barely turn the water on. overall horrible experience.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly however the night agent had her phone playing loudly at 2 AM.

Rats were in our room at night and left droppings. Loud music and people talking loudly all night. We got no sleep. The beds were hard and jammed into a room too small. Shower was not warm. We reserved a room with 2 full beds. One bed was a twin bed not full. Handicap walker would not fit in the door without folding it up. We had to cancel third night and go to another hotel because the conditions here were too gross and unsanitary.

El trato es muy excelente y las personas muy amables
