Atendimento cordial e ágil, tanto na recepção quanto na copa. Apesar da localização central, hotel silencioso. Cama confortável e chuveiro muito bom. Boa relação custo-benefício, a trabalho ou a turismo.

O quarto é um pouco apertado. Para quem viaja a trabalho e precisa colocar roupas em cabides para desamassar, ficaram faltando cabides. Não há secador de cabelo no quarto, depende de disponibilidade na recepção.
