Lovely staff and a good breakfast. The view from the room and the bar were sensational.

Big room with breathtaking views of the coast and beach, sitting area outside to enjoy the views. Spa shower in the bathroom and very comfortable bed. the Spa and jacuzzi was a great addition for the rainy evening. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with variety of choices including home made cake and fresh orange juice. very close to restaurants and bars and finisterre lighthouse. staff was very attentive and professional. thanks

The extra pillow layer on the bed, super uncomfortable. Each room has a tablet, never seen it. Balcony without a roof is useless in a place where it rains a lot. Nonfunctional bathroom: over the top decor without towel rails, toilet roll holder, no shelf space in the shower.

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Would highly recommend booking a massage in the wellness center. Location is great, with a lovely view!

Room was only swiftly cleaned. In the wellness area, the sauna (steam bath) wasn't really warm. Hot tub and hot chairs were good!

- The location was absolutely stunning. The view from the balcony was amazing and it was great to hear the ocean while sleeping. Really amazing and relaxing! - Breakfast was lovely! - Staff were mostly friendly (as long as no issues or complaints). - Despite my negative points below I had a lovely stay there - mainly due to location and the stunning view on to the beach.

- The bed was way too soft. I know from previous comments on booking.com and responses to those from the hotel that these are some special mattresses, however, nonetheless, they are way too soft and not comfortable at all. - Spa area not free to use for booking.com guests. This is a shame as contrasting to what I find on booking.com and in my booking confirmation it does not state this anywhere. I was super disappointed about this as this was one of the reasons for me to book the hotel in the first place. Plus, the spa area doesn't actually have that much to offer, so 10€ per hour is a bit of a rip off here. The whole experience was worsened by the fact that after using the spa area on day 1, I discovered my key for the room was not working - I spent 30 minutes (in my bath robe) to find someone at reception for help with my key card. It was really frustrating. Despite this experience I still had to pay 10 € for the spa... - There was an annoying sound in my room throughout day and night. It was an irregular low frequency knocking like sound. Upon request to change the room this was declined with the reason given that the hotel was fully booked. Strange, as I saw 3 rooms checking out that morning so my assumption is that staff were not willing to go through the extra effort of cleaning one additional room to facilitate me moving to one of the rooms that became free.

it is a great hotel, fantastic location, fantastic bar and watching the amazing sunsets, great spa, this hotel does exactly what it says on the tin, and great staff, great food, what is not to like 👍 after coming from the rubbish of a Parador in Santiago this was an oasis of calm and peace, this is how to run a hotel properly, simple, clean, friendly and fun, what more can you say.
