Funcionária gentil e educada. Quarto limpo e bem arrumado. Café da manhã simples, porém bem gostoso.

O barulho me incomodou; as pessoas falam muito alto pelos corredores, tanto hóspedes, quanto funcionários, em horários inconvenientes (entre 22h e 07h). Poderiam se atentar mais quanto a isso, talvez colocando plaquinhas pelos corredores, pedindo silêncio, ou que falem baixo; e começar pelos funcionários a darem o exemplo.
