Banheiro vazando água do chuveiro, tivemos que chamar o recepcionista muito legal! Estava em curso, tivemos reclamação de um barulho que não existiu, nos deixou coagida. O frigobar não funciona Barata no quarto

A equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa. Destaque para o senhor Antonio. A acomodação estava limpa. Havia um bom chuveiro no meu quarto. No meu caso que passava o dia todo no Expo Center Norte a acomodação serviu ao objetivo: ter um local próximo ao local do evento.

Talvez seja interessante dar uma repaginada na fachada do hotel o que não chega a ser um problema, mas que ajudaria na impressão visual da propriedade. As portas dos quartos também estão merecendo uma substituição.
