Friendly staff, comfy, quiet, good view from the window

It’s in the mountain, you take 2 buses to reach anywhere, one of those buses runs till 5:30 - 6:00 PM which is a big limitation for us. No alternatives

"If you are visiting Switzerland for the first time do not choose this Hotel because it will disappoint you."

the view

We arrived at check in time (4.00pm) after a long car journey with my children and we had to wait over an hour and 30 mins for them to find our booking. they spent a long time searching in a huge piles of papers to find our booking (I didn’t see a computer!) the staff do not speak English just Swiss German and we could not communicate well. They offered us a drink as an apology though. The breakfast is very poor only a small table with few choices only.
