Big, spacious rooms and very clean. Pool is amazing and the location is perfect. Breakfast was tasty, and surprisingly some of the staff speak multiple languages like French and Spanish. Really easy, comfortable stay.

La bastide de Caro a perdu sa propriétaire initiale il y a quelques jours (changement de propriétaire). On sent encore l'âme mais nous avons aussi perçu des changements par exemple le petit déjeuner qui n'offrait plus la même chose au bout de 2 jours. Le cadre est magnifique, les chambre immense et très belle. Les mocktails délicieux.

Tout etait bien mais nous avons senti un certain flottement chez le personnel par exemple qui ne voulait pas nous mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre car ce n'est plus dispo, mais qui met des doses de café quand même! A noter que nous avons finallement eu notre bouilloire! Dommage aussi que le bar n'offre pas une petite restauration

Location is good, Breakfast was excellent, a lot of choices. Ambience in general was good. Garden is nice. Staff was good.

Wi-Fi: speed was ok but coverage was very bad. Couldn't use in patio or bathroom. Kept going off and on all the time. Work desk: The chair was very low, and the desk very high. Also the chair felt like it would collapse anytime. Patio: The chairs very, very low, maybe around 15 cm from ground! Facial tissues in dispenser: Rough, bad quality, more like public toilet hand towels. TV: There was a TV, but no remote. And the reason was problems with cable. This is usually problem when the property is not paying the service and the supplier cuts the service. This was annoying and on top of that, wanted to watch a movie on Netflix on my laptop, but I could not because of the poor internet. Bed: Hard mattress and the bedsheet was not big enough to cover the mattress. All in all: details were not monitored at all. What used to be good 10 years ago is not necessaraly good any more.

C'est la 4eme fois que je reviens. Le personnel est accueillant et toujours à l'écoute. Le déjeuner est vraiment très bon et il y a de nombreux fruits frais compris. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la piscine est nickel

מאוד נהניתי מהשהות שלי כאן. המיקום פשוט מושלם, ממש קרוב לכל המסעדות ולכל מה שצריך, אבל עדיין שקט ונעים. החדרים גדולים, נקיים ונוחים, וזה שדרג מאוד את החוויה. הבריכה ממש נחמדה, אחלה מקום להירגע במהלך היום. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טרייה כל יום והתחלה טובה ליום. הצוות היה ידידותי ונעים, והכל הרגיש זורם וקל. בסך הכל חוויה מאוד טובה!

An oasis within Siem Reap - a really lovely place to stay, great little pool too. Lovely breakfast. Nice rooms.

Only issue that stopped me giving it a 10 was the wifi didn’t work properly the first two days, they eventually fixed it but intermittent WiFi on holiday is a real issue when you need to book trips and flights.
