Location was fantastic. Beautiful deluxe king suite. Parking onsite (although often no parks in sebel gated area).

Balcony did not have view advertised- instead had ugly view of industrial area of hotel. Paid same as deluxe king suites on higher floors that did have the advertised views. Could not enjoy balcony as expected. Balcony table all water damaged and in poor condition.

Great location in Coolangatta. Easy to walk to loads of restaurants pubs and shops. Breakfast included was a real bonus. Staff all lovely.

Quite a long walk to use the pool etc which takes you through the main reception area. Be nice if access were a little more convenient.
