Convenience, location and friendly staff well maintained best motel 6 in the state.

It was all good 💯

The beds were very comfortable and the parking was adequate and free. There was a ice machine available 24/7 and morning coffee from reception. I was provided with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board free of charge which was appreciated even if the quality was poor.

The attitude of the staff. Very rude. Surprisingly as on check in, they were very polite and helpful. Above and beyond I would say. But then when I returned to report that the fridge was missing from the room, another guest was checking in. They simply enquired why they had not been allocated a ground floor room, to be told "Or I can help you to check out". Completely unnecessary. That evening I had to go to reception for TV remote control batteries as there were none in the remote. Luckily this was during reception opening hours or I would have been without TV for the evening. I checked with the evening receptionist if the fridge was going to be delivered and was told it would be the next day. The following day at 2pm, I returned to add drinks into the fridge to be cooled for the evening. There was still no fridge. I returned to the reception, where the original receptionist was on duty. This was when the rudeness witnessed the day prior to aimed at me. I asked if there was an update on the fridge to be told housekeeping "would get to it". I said I understand and that I'd returned specifically to add drinks to the fridge to be ready for the evening to be told "housekeeping would get to it". I said, "okay, I understand, would it be possible that when they do, they just place the drinks on the counter into the fridge as it was not ready for me to do so at this time". I was told "I'm sure you can take care of that yourself". I though she was joking. I said "Are you serious? I have come back at 2pm (almost 24 hours after reporting the lack of fridge) to put drinks in the fridge, it's not here yet, so could they just be placed in there for me". I was told "they will get to it" and dismissed. I couldn't believe this lack of customer service and common courtesy.

Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Thank you for changing room to a bottom floor!

The area was good easy to find. No carpet that is a plus.

When we ask for certain things we had to go to office and get it ourselves. There is a not a Do Not Disturb sign. Not very many outlets to plug in things.

The staff is very friendly and the price is fair.

No coffee maker ants in the bathroom bed was hard funny smell in room when we checked in

Hot water, bed. Location.

No electrical outlets on the band wall for our two CPAP machines. Refrigerator leaking constantly. Toilet bowl was dirty. One light in the bathroom never worked with switch. What else could not open the window and the place smelt. Would never go back again. A short sentence to come
