Clean good breakfast

They fail to give me corporate rate when my colleagues have it

Amazing they gave me lunch packed as I had to start early. Never had such experience in any other hotel.

Comfortable stay

Breakfast was good. No live counter. But, attentive staff who can offer you hot chocolate on order. Very limited breakfast options. Pleasant morning view. Staff is too supportive and does out of the box activities if you convince them for the need. Room heaters work. I cannot say it is affordable as it is costly; but overall you can rely on this location if you would want to work in near by areas such as Weisensee where no good stay places are there.

Less Breakfast options and nothing more to say in this regard. You may have to ask for room service even though it is included in the cost; the hotel team might forget to do your room service. This has happened with me n one of the co traveller. However the staff is too good they did the task up on me asking them about this on the next day. Credit card amount gets blocked, hence you need to get the same unblocked even after you pay in full while checkout. This is not a mistake from hotel but a traveller should ask the same while checking in and know regarding this blocking cycle etc.

The location.

On our arrival on Friday we were told that the restaurant remained closed, as there was a family party on Saturday, so no restaurant for us on Saturday. At breakfast on Saturday there was just room for us in a corner of the room, as the family guests also came to have breakfast, we were simply put aside! On the breakfast buffet there was no fresh fruit, no fresh fruit juice, and very small glasses for the same. As for the room, it was spacious and clean, in the bathroom the shower was on the small side and also slippery, and no handhold! There was only one chair in the room! We did get a list of available restaurants in the area. We find the requested price too high, so not at all in line with the quality delivered, especially when we compare this hotel with all the other hotels we visited during our trip.
