"車椅子でも安心できる素敵なホテルでした。"

車椅子ユーザーです。お部屋が広く、旋回できるスペースがあったのが非常に助かりました。 初めての連泊で、お部屋の掃除等はどうなるのかと思っていましたが、不在の間に済ませて頂けていたのでありがたかったです。 夜遅くにホテルに戻った際に、フロントの方が車椅子だと扉を開けながら入るのが大変ということもあり、一緒に部屋へ向かい、お部屋の扉を開けてくださいました。とても素敵なお心遣いをいただき嬉しかったです。
