Die Größe des Pool. Die Lage ist gut.

Die Anlage und der Garten waren nicht gut gepflegt; es lag viel Laub und Tierkot herum. Der Pool wurde in drei Tagen nur einmal mittelmäßig gereinigt. Die Kommunikation war sehr schwierig, da sie ausschließlich über WhatsApp stattfand und kein persönlicher Kontakt möglich war. Nach Abschluss der Buchung wurde eine zusätzliche Gebühr verlangt. Die Zahlung gestaltete sich ebenfalls als problematisch, da sie nicht über Booking.com abgewickelt wurde. Zudem wurde im Nachhinein eine Kaution verlangt, und um diese auf der Kreditkarte zu blockieren, wollten sie meine Daten über WhatsApp erhalten.

This is not a hotel as they said. It is too expensive for what it is, Tamarindo has a lot of reals hotels than this one for the same price.

Wonderful venue, classic, clean, quiet, safe! Very nice, well maintained property with clear historical heritage. Great breakfast! Staff was very, very helpful. It’s a simple step across the street to the beach.

El aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso y no nos permitió tenerlo encendido para dormir.

The facility and the room were kept very clean, so was a refreshing pool. They provide enough bath towels so we can use some on the beach, but there were face towels provided. (It could be a Costarican standard) The location was convenient yet quiet at night. The manager Daniel responds to our inquiries quickly, and is very informative.

After the confirmation via booking.com, they put a hustle about another online step for them to keep some deposit amount; according to an electronic engineer, this step takes us to a different site and our personal information is given outside the Booking.com site. No other hotels in Costa Rica have such a practice.
