Il n y avait personne pour me recevoir ou me donner des informations concernant les visites ou autres ce qui est inadmissible !!! La déshumanisation est une catastrophe ! Revenons au bon sens et aux liens sociaux pas de communication des incarnée !!! C est une insulte, une offense dans la mesure où je ne suis pas un robot !!!

Extremely kind and helpful staff which allowed me also an earlier check-in since that was possible. No unnecessary luxury but everything was well maintained and practical (perfect to me). It is a clean place on the edge of the historic old town.
